1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to most cities and governorates across Egypt.

Primary Delivery Areas

  • Cairo
  • Giza
  • Alexandria
  • Other cities and governorates (delivery times may vary)

Please contact us if you want to confirm delivery availability for your specific area.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on product availability and your location.

In-Stock Products

  • Greater Cairo: Delivered within 3–7 working days
  • Alexandria & other governorates: Delivered within 7–15 working days

Made-to-Order / Customized Items

  • Delivered within 15–30 working days depending on production schedules.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on:

  • Your city/governorate
  • Total size and weight of your items

Delivery fees will always appear clearly at checkout before completing your order.

Some oversized items (such as full bedroom sets or large wardrobes) may include special handling fees.

4. Assembly Service

Many Vitrine products include assembly service, depending on the type of item.

  • If assembly is included, our team will assemble the product upon delivery.
  • If the product does not require or includes assembly, it will only be delivered by us.

5. Delivery Process

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation
  • Expected delivery date(s)

Before Delivery

Our team will contact you to confirm:

  • Delivery date
  • Delivery time window
  • Exact delivery address
  • Any building access or floor-related details needed for smooth delivery

On Delivery Day

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the order
  • The delivery path is clear
  • The product can fit through doors, elevators, or staircases

If the delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations or customer unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.

6. Inspecting Your Order

Please check your items at the time of delivery.

If you notice:

  • Visible damage
  • Missing parts
  • Incorrect items

Report them immediately to the delivery team or to customer support within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Returns & Exchanges Shipping

If your order is eligible for return or exchange (according to Vitrine’s Return Policy):

  • We will arrange pickup within 3–7 working days.
  • Return shipping fees may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.
