All products are eligible for return if they have manufacturing defects that affect their functionality, reduce the agreed specifications, or contain broken parts or material issues.

Custom-Made Products

Custom-made products (such as specific shapes, colors, and sizes) are not eligible for return if the customer changes their mind.

Ready-made products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and complete with all accessories.
Shipping Fees

In the case of a manufacturing defect or discrepancy in specifications, the full amount including shipping is refunded.

If there is no defect, the customer bears the shipping cost when returning the product.
Verification and Refund

Refunds are processed within 3 working days.

Refunds are made via bank transfer, wallet, or credit card. Vitrine does not offer cash refunds.
Refusing to Accept the Product

You can refuse to accept the product if there is visible damage, missing items, or any manufacturing defects.

If the refusal is due to customer-specific reasons, the customer bears the shipping cost, which is determined by Vitrine's support team.
