تعديل علي تقييم سابق ليا علي كرسي ليزي بوي بعد حوالي ٤ شهور تم استبدال الكرسي ب كرسي جديد بصراحة تم الاستجابة علي طول و تم استبدال الكرسي في اقل من ١٥ يوم و شكر واجب و حقيقي مش كفاية ل استاذة الاء بسام من خدمة العملاء لأنها متابعة المشكلة من اول يوم و تعبت معايا كتير و بفضل مجهودها و خدمتها الممتازة طول ال٤ شهور و لحد آخر يوم وصل فيه الكرسي الجديد وهي بتتابع معايا اول ب اول و سرعة في الرد حتي لو اجازة حقيقي شكرا جدا ليها و للادراة علي الاستجابة لطلبي ب استبدال الكرسي بس ملحوظة اخيرة لتقديم خدمة افضل و الاستمرار في النجاح يتم مراجعة اي طلب قبل الشحن لان حرام بعد كل المجهود و الوقت و الفلوس و بسبب إهمال حد ان يوصلي الكرسي الجديد ممتاز ما شاء الله بس في قطع صغير (خرم) في ضهر الكرسي لان حاجة زي دي هتضيع كل المجهود الي أتعمل و شكراً مرة اخيرة ل استاذة الاء و الإدارة

المنتج جيد، حوض الزرع الشجري مبتكر و ذو متانة. تثبيت جزر النبات ضعيف لحد ما التجربة السيئة للغاية كانت الانتظار حوالي خمسة أسابيع لحين تصنيع المنتج و شحنه و الذي أصابنا بالضيق الشديد رغم أسلوب التواصل الراقي من مندوب الشركة
